A little girl was washing the cat with her Mother and noticed that her Mom had some white hairs in with her brunette hair. The little girl asked, "Mom, what are those white hairs mixed in with your brown hair?" Her Mother said, "Those are the hairs that turn white when I am upset by you or you do something that makes me cry." Thinking to herself, the little girl then said, "Then why are Grandma's hairs all white?"
Yes, we may continue to do things that our Parents on earth or in heaven are saddened by yet by the Grace Of God we are getter better at not doing those things that can cause sadness in our parents. Isn't it interesting that when we picture Jesus we see Him with no gray hairs, a smile on His face, and His look of love towards us. Yes, our Lord Jesus knows that we need Him for His forgiveness and love.
When we make mistaken choices or we do something way outside of His will and purpose for God's Kingdom then He waits for us to turn to Him and ask--for forgiveness so that He can free us from those choices we make that can cripple us, bind us to sin, or enslave us. We refocus on helping others how to be His believers by our living examples without focusing on ourselves alone. Selfless acts of kindness and love as Jesus' followers
Jesus says, “Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives, and everyone who searches finds, and for everyone who knocks, the door will be opened." Matthew 7:7-8
