All Things Are Possible with God

Updated: Feb 10, 2022

Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God all things are possible.” Mark 10:27

Just before Jesus said this a man had run up to Him and asked Him what must he do to inherit Eternal Life. This man is one who has kept the 10 commandments and hen Jesus tells him to sell everything and give the money to the poor. His response? The man is shocked and goes away grieving for he has a lot of possessions he loves.

Jesus says the rich have an extremely tough time getting into Heaven. So how can one with possessions inherit salvation? Jesus says, "... all things are possible with God." God's Grace.

Jesus says it right and true. Jesus meets all of our needs and when we recognize that and Praise Him for that we are living abundant Life, sure and trusting Him. He reveals God's true care and compassion gloriously! Jesus' salvation in Jesus gives entrance into His very Holy Presence. We may look into the Beatitudes for insight to poor for Jesus directs us to "poor in spirit." “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom Of Heaven. Matthew 5:3

Some years ago a panel of doctors were asked by the United States Federal Government to meet and draw up eight laws of public health. For twelve days they discussed and proposed laws! They couldn't agree on just eight laws.

Each doctor on the committee was concerned about their own field of expertise approaching the problem of coming up with twelve from their own discipline. Finally Dr. Harold Sladen from the Hospital in Detroit offered an inspired idea: Let's just republish the eight Beatitudes and replace the word 'blessed' with 'healthy.' They agreed!

Jesus' better word is 'Blessed." Jesus is blessing our hearts and minds when we realize that our spirits need Him and we turn to Him for love, hope, and His help.
